In strong NW/W wind winds it can deliver unbelievable conditions. The waves can reach up to mast-high in a Force 8, providing huge ramps for aerials and ideal, large, hardcore, onshore swell conditions. But watch out for the gnarly massive shore break! Only experts should make the trip; the conditions aren’t for inexperienced wave sailors.
On light NW/W wind days the spot can be suitable for freestyle windsurf.
Also, Alepochori's offers flat-water fans freeride conditions in NE wind.

Access to Alepochori: The spot is at a distance of an hour and 15 minutes (63 km) from Athens. 23 km from Megara (30 minutes). It is accessible by private vehicle or public transportation from Athens through the existing road network, in the following ways:
Route 1: To get to Alepochori by car from Athens, coming from the capital, select the new National Road Athens - Corinth. Exit to Megara / Nea Peramo, follow the signs to Alepochori and after 23 km (road with many turns) will reach the capital of the village.
Route 2: Take the old Elefsina-Thivon Highway and turn left to Villias and Porto Germeno. Shortly before Porto Germeno there is a road leading to Psatha. Follow the coastal road for 2 km till Alepochori. This route is more tedious, with several turns, but perhaps more beautiful.
From Athens International Airport "El. Venizelos": Starting from the airport enter “Attiki Odos” and drive to the end of it (at Eleusis). After you exit Attiki Odos you will automatically enter National Highway Corinth - Patras.
From Peloponnese: Access to the spot is carried out by the National Highway Corinth – Patras. Megara City is about 44 km from Corinthos.
Arrival by Bus: From the airport of Athens “Eleftherios Venizelos”, the metro and the Proastiakos-Suburban railway, as well as taxis and buses to and from the centre of Athens are to be found opposite the main exit of the airport. The distance is 44 km. The bus journey takes between 35 and 45 minutes to the city centre at Syntagma (Parliament) Square (of course depending on the time and traffic), therefore the best way is to take the “Athens metro” that connects the airport with Athens and Piraeus. There are also car hire agencies at the airport, in case you want to rent a vehicle.
The bus E93, which leaves from the main building of the airport (ports 4-5) gets off Kifissos bus station from where you change and take Intercity bus running daily from Athens to Alepochori.
